Sharon worked diligently to locate homes within my price range that met my expectations before we ever looked at the first house. Of the ones she reviewed for me I made a priority list and on the day we physically looked at potential homes my first choice was under contract. We went to my second choice and I knew the entire home before I ever walked in the door. I spent about 20 minutes looking the home over and made an offer.
